Who Am I??? That is one of the first things you will discover about yourself in coaching...but for now, I'll tell you a little about me.
My desire and passion is for my clients (and for all of us) is to fully live our values because our lives depend on it. Not only do I guide clients through their values – what they are honoring and what they are stepping over…I help them discover their limiting beliefs about their relationships with their money, jobs, self-esteem, goals and much, much more.
When someone makes a connection with who they are and who they want to be – their hearts come alive! Their connection is so powerful that awakens something inside them that has been hushed for so long. I have seen transformation occur when a person begins to “design” their lives instead of letting their “lives” get designed by shoddy relationships, their jobs or the economy. After several years working for a large corporation, I began to see the value of coaching and leadership in a different context. I am not on this earth to "supervise" or "manage" people - I am here to grow them and teach them how to be leaders. Don't worry, it isn't the boxed, canned or corporate version of growth and leadership...it's the real thing. Since opening my own coaching and consulting business I have developed and implemented workshops, and coached individuals, as well as, groups around the United States.
